Nativo Lodge really impressed me with its vibrant Native American art and a beautifully decorated lobby. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff welcomed me warmly, especially Sandra at reception, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was great. I appreciated her personal touch, remembering my name and greeting me each time I passed through the lobby. The location is also fantastic, especially for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, with easy access to nearby restaurants. However, I noticed some issues, like the absence of safety strips in the bathtub, which could lead to slips. The amenities fee was rather disappointing, especially since it only covered a couple of beers. Overall, I loved the hotel’s atmosphere but believe there are several areas, like safety features and better value for the amenities fee, that need improvement.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Albuquerque Artwalk with the family. The local artists showcased their talents, and we even participated in a dance event celebrating the Pueblo culture. Additionally, the staff at check-in were really welcoming, providing coloring pages and crayons for the kids, and they were all super friendly.
In my wife’s opinion, the room could use better cleanliness. There were leftover items from previous guests, and it lacked a thorough cleaning before our arrival.

The Southwestern Indigenous artwork displayed throughout the hotel is impressive and adds a unique touch to the atmosphere. The design elements provide a vibrant and warm ambiance, showcasing local artists' creativity.
Unfortunately, the room didn't match the online photographs, appearing outdated and lacking basic amenities like functioning electrical outlets and hand soap. The coffee machine didn’t work, and the TV was also out of order, leading to a frustrating experience. Disappointingly, there are signs of wear and tear, including the need for a thorough carpet cleaning, which affects overall cleanliness.
